As a writer and poet I have always used words to express myself. I am trying a different medium to reach new people and learn fresh and exciting things.



My work is personal and mostly deals with mental illness. As someone who has struggled with bipolar disorder since childhood, I do my best to bring about awareness and change the views and stigma that are attached to it.

Before she pulled the trigger

And they’ll never know

if the explosion of the gun or

Silence on the other end of the line was louder

What if I’m not crazy

But simply a reflection of

what was done to me when

I was too young to fight

Too scared to tell

but instead split

into these pieces

you now diagnose

but will never make whole
