ARTIST STATEMENT

I am a mixed media artist working in Philadelphia. My intention is to evoke an emotional response from the viewer through the use of nuanced expressiveness and understated humor. For me, making art is like a treasure hunt. Sometimes I’ll find a prize and sometimes disappointment, but what a lucky thing to want to try again everyday.
