My current abstract work revolves around colors and shapes and the way the two interact with each other in a given space. I am interested in attempting to create a balanced composition through the use of layers of imbalanced shapes, lines, marks, scratches and warm vs. cool color palettes. I want to invoke in the viewer a sense of atmosphere and the wonder of being alive.
