Artist Statement
I create my artwork integrating origami, woods, paints and other techniques. Some of my artwork is blended with other Japanese folk art methods. I select figures, paper colors and patterns that symbolize Japanese history and ethnology and creates unique origami artwork with an Asian philosophy.
